摘要
为解决工程造价快速预测的问题，本文利用计算机模拟的基本原理，结合大量统计资料，建立了造价预测模型，并通过住宅工程实例验证了其可行性．
To forecast the construction cost,the theory of computer simulation is used,and the model of simulative construction cost is given. Verified by an example,the method and model are feasible.
