自我造粒型流化床中颗粒流态的试验测定 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了用高岭土染色制成颗粒示踪剂考察自我造粒型流化床颗粒流动规律的试验方法.用这种方法能比较直观地了解固体颗粒在流化床内部的混合和运动情况,并能通过流化床出口处示踪剂浓度变化掌握颗粒在流化床中的停留时间分布规律.文章根据试验数据的分析整理,提出了平推流——完全混合流串并联模型。 Particle motion visualization was realized by a tracer experiment using a kaolin suspension dyed by methylene blue for the fluidized pellet bed. The experiment has come up with the particle flow pattern and the mixing condition inside the bed. As a result of analyzing the output response to a step input signal, a mixed model was developed characterizing the fluidized bed as a series of plug flow and back mix flow parallel with a plug flow.
