(1-x)Bi_(0.5)(Na_(0.8)K_(0.2))_(0.5)TiO_3-xLaFeO_3无铅压电陶瓷微结构与性能研究

摘要 采用传统压电陶瓷工艺制备了新型无铅压电陶瓷材料(1-x)Bi0.5(Na0.8K0.2)0.5TiO3-xLaFeO3.研究了该体系陶瓷的晶相结构、表面形貌和压电性能.结果表明,该体系陶瓷具有单相钙钛矿结构,LaFeO3促进陶瓷致密化和晶粒生长.在室温下,该体系表现出较好的压电和介电性能:压电常数d33和机电耦合系数kp分别达到119 pC/N和0.26;εr和tanδ分别为1312和0.046. A new type of lead-free pizeoelectric ceramics(1-x)Bi0.5(Na0.8K0.2)0.5TiO3-xLaFeO3 was fabricated by conventional electric ceramics processes,and the microstructure,dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were also studied.The restults show that all ceramics samples exhibit a single-phase perovskite structure.The piezoelectric coefficient d33 and the electromechanical coupling coefficient kp of the ceramics attain maximum values of 119 pC/N and 0.26 respectively at x= 0.003.The dielectric constant εr and dielectric loss tanδ of the ceramics attain maximum values of 1312 and 0.046 respectively at x=0.01.
