摘要 用循环伏安法(CV)研究了环境激素双酚A在玻碳电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在pH=8.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,双酚A在玻碳电极上的电化学行为是受扩散控制的不可逆电氧化过程.在优选的实验条件下,峰电流与双酚A浓度在5.0×10-5-8.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Ipa=-8.08584×10-6-0.04886 c(mol/L),r=0.99741,检出限为5.0×10-6mol/L,回收率为92.8%?120.4%. The electrochemical behavior of bisphenol A(BPA) at the glassy carbon electrode was studied with cyclic voltammetry(CV).Experimental results showed that in pH 8.0 phosphate buffer solution,the electrochemical oxidation of BPA on glassy carbon electrode was irreversible and was controlled by diffusion.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the relationship between peak current and the concentration of BPA in the range of 5.0×10^-5–8.0×10^-4mol·L^-1 met the linear equation: Ipa= –8.08584×10^-6 – 0.04886c(mol·L^-1) with a correlative coefficient(r) of 0.99741.The detect limitation was 5.0×10^-6 mol·L^-1.The recovery of practical samples was between 92.8% and 120.4%.
