抗人球蛋白卡在孕妇IgG抗-A、抗-B抗体检测中的应用

Application of anti-human globulin cards in detecting IgG anti-A and anti-B antibodies of pregnant women

目的:评估抗人球蛋白卡(即抗人球蛋白微柱凝胶反应卡)在孕妇IgG抗-A、抗-B抗体检测中的有效性和技术优势。方法:采用DTT对孕妇血清处理后作倍比稀释,再用抗人球蛋白卡进行IgG抗-A和或/抗-B效价测定,同时用试管抗人球蛋白法进行对照。结果:在200例标本测定中,抗人球蛋白卡与抗人球蛋白试管法反应强度和抗体效价符合率为98.5%,抗人球蛋白微柱凝胶卡测定抗体效价高于抗人球蛋白试管法一个稀释度的3例,占1.5%。结论:抗人球蛋白卡与抗人球蛋白试管法对IgG抗体效价测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但抗人球蛋白卡方法更简便、操作更规范、更加标准化,方法也更灵敏,结果判定更容易,减少了抗人球蛋白试管法中很多人为因素的影响。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and technological superiority of anti-human globulin testing cards （anti-human globulin testing micro-column gel card） in detecting pregnant women＇s antibody-anti-A and anti-B（IgG）.Method The pregnant women＇s serum was treated with DTT by the double dilution methds,and then determined the titer of anti-A and（or） anti-B by cards with the test tube anti-human globulin method as comparison.Results In 200 samples,the consistence of the anti-human globulin cards and anti-human globulin test tube method in intensity and titer was 98.5%.There were 3 cases,that used the anti-human globulin testing cards method,titer higher than the anti-human globulin tube method,accounting for 1.5%.Conclusion The anti-human globulin testing cards and anti-human globulin testing tube method for detecting IgG titers has no significant difference in the results.But the anti-human globulin testing card method is more convenient to operate,more standardized,more sensitive,and more easily determine the results.
