精神分裂症首次发病患者威斯康星卡片分类测验的初步研究

Wisconsin card sorting test in first-episode patients with schizophrenia

目的:通过精神分裂症首次发病的患者和正常组的对照,探讨分裂症患者的执行功能。方法:采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(wcst),对38例首发精神分裂症患者和25名对照者的执行功能进行评估。结果:精神分裂症患者wcst中的完成分类数(Cc)、错误应答数(Re)、持续性错误数(Rpe)、持续性错误百分数(Rpe%)、持续性应答(Rp)、完成第一个分类所需应答(Rlst)、概念化水平(C1)等七个常用指标均明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者存在明显执行功能障碍。

Objective To explore the performance on Wisconsin card sorting test（WCST） to study the executive function of patients with schizophrenia.Method We used the WCST and continue to study the executive function in 38 first-episode patients with schizophrenia and 25 normal controls.Results Schizophrenic patients performed worse than the normal controls in Cc,Re,Rpe,Rpe%,Rp,Rlst and C1（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with schizophrenia have executive function impairment.
