类风湿关节炎患者SAA、IL-6水平及意义被引量：6

摘要目的:探讨血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)在类风湿关节炎(RA)发生机制中的作用。方法:回顾RA患者30例作为RA组,其中活动期18例,静止期12例。门诊健康体检者30例作为对照组,分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和散射比浊法检测IL-6和SAA水平。结果:与正常对照组比较活动期RA患者血清SAA与IL-6均显著增高(P<0.01),稳定期患者仅有轻度增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RA患者SAA及IL-6水平的变化对RA活动性的判断有一定临床意义。
