通过对当前中小型高校图书馆外文期刊馆藏建设所面临问题的分析,提出构建外文期刊资源服务保障体系的建设方针,并对外文期刊信息源检索系统的建设,原文传递的服务保障,外文期刊全文数据库的引进,以及纸质外文期刊的取舍进行可行性探讨。

The problem that the foreign periodical holding of medium-sized College Library faces is analyzed,and then the construction strategy for the foreign periodical resource services guarantee system is put forward.The construction of retrieval systems of foreign periodical information source,the service ensurance of original text delivery,the importation of the foreign periodical full text databasea,s well as the selection of paper foreign periodical also are discussed.
