摘要
随着油气勘探开发的不断深入以及控压钻井、随钻测井、导向钻井等技术的不断发展,现有的泥浆脉冲因数据传输速率慢,电磁波数据传输距离受到地层特性限制已不能满足技术发展的要求,连续波井筒数据传输技术长期为斯伦贝谢公司等一两家国外跨国公司垄断,成为制约国内井筒数据传输技术发展的瓶颈之一。中国石油西部钻探克拉玛依钻井研究院进行了原理验证探索,本文阐述了连续波随钻测量系统的构成及工作原理,分析了连续波信号传输的影响因素及实现过程中的技术难点和解决方法,研究结果表明连续波井筒数据传输技术是可行的。
With further and further exploitation of oil and gas,and with the development of pressure controlling drilling,logging while drilling and steering drilling,the existing mud pulse can not satisfied the technical requirements because its data transmission speed is slow and the electromagnetic data transmission distance has been limited by the formation property.The data transmission technology using the continuous wave in the borehole has been monopolized by one or two companies abroad such as Schlumberger,which has become one of the bottlenecks limiting the development of the data transmission in borehole at home.As for this,Karamay DTRI of CNPC Xibu Drilling Engineering Company has demonstrated and researched this mechanism.This paper describes the constitution and the mechanism of the measurement system while drilling using the continuous wave,analyses the affecting factors of the signal transmission of the continuous wave,the technical problems and their solutions in realizing period.The researching results show that the data transmission technology using the continuous wave in the borehole is feasible.
