摘要
针对擒纵轮视觉检测仪中对平面阵列点精确定位的实际需求,采用PLC和交流伺服电机实现了一种低速、高定位精度、低成本的二维运动控制,工作台定位精度达到微米量级。结合视觉检测特点,以视觉参考特征点,代替传统零点校正方法,实现检测仪自动零点校正。该仪器已运行于工业现场。
As the planar array points positioning requests to be precise in the escape wheel vision measurement system, a low-speed,low cost, two-dimensional motion control platform with high positioning precision is realized, which is served by PLC and AC servomotor. The precision of the service platform can reach the level of micron. Meanwhile, considering the features in vision measurement, a method adopting reference characteristic point is used,which makes the platform's zero-line calibrating automatically, instead of using the traditional zero-line calibrating method. At present, the instrument has been operated in the industrial field.
