摘要
针对复卷机张力控制系统中的扰动量和张力辊在运行中的机械振动,采用了间接张力控制与直接张力控制相结合的复合张力控制方法,即在间接张力控制满足系统稳定运行的前提下,直接张力控制将张力传感器采集到的张力信号进行一定的处理,并将处理后的结果作为微调量叠加在控制系统中。通过对张力传感器的选型、安装和调试,成功将该控制方法应用在复卷机张力控制系统中。结果表明:这种方法提高了复卷机的工作性能。
Aimed at the disturbance of rewinder tension control system and the mechanical vibration of operating tension roller, the composite tension control which is the combination of indirect tension control and direct tension control is, when the indirect tension control meeting the promise of stable operation, the direct tension control will take some treatment to the tension signal collected by tension sensor and the results will be processed as a superposition of fine-tuning in the control system. Through the tension sensor selection, installation and commissioning, the successful application of the control in the rewinder tension control system. The result indicates that this method improve the performance of rewinder.
