摘要
人格建构首先要明确其边界。人格的内容有心理人格、道德人格和社会性人格。12岁前后人格建构的内容主要是道德人格和社会性人格,其中,12岁前注重道德人格建构,12岁后注重社会性人格建构。人格建构需要人格化的导师,人格建构的方法是价值引领,自我生成。
To construct human character, its boundary must be defined first. The character contains psychological, moral and social ones. Before 12 years old, moral character is mainly constructed, and the social character needs to be constructed after 12. The noble teachers are needed by students to guidetheir value development and to help them to generate character.
