本文介绍了柴油车排放法规的最新动态,主要包括美国和欧盟等国家和地区最新颁布实施的排放法规,以及欧盟法规体系在各个阶段实施日期和污染物排放限值,特别介绍了欧V和欧VI法规中对NO2和PM数量方面的排放限值;此外,还介绍了全球统一测试循环和车载排放测试方面的情况。
This paper introduces the latest information on diesel emission regulations,including those that are currently issued by the United States and the European Union and other countries,gives the implementary dates and emissions limits in various stages required by the European Union emission regulations system,especially,presents Euro V and Euro VI emission regulations on the limits of NO2 and PM and some rules on World Harmonized Duty Cycle and PEMS.
