摘要
本文介绍了内燃机用油滤器测试系统的研发及相关技术应用与创新,论述了大流量油滤试验的测试原理和测控方法。使用自主研发的大流量调节阀门和人工参与的智能测控系统进行滤芯和总成的各工况性能试验,实现精确调控下的大流量流体测试,获得油滤工作流量与压力降的动态试验数据并进行相关性能分析。
The paper presents research,technical innovation and application of the test system for internal combustion engines,and discusses its test principle and methods used for high flow oil filter.With the know how of the high flow regulating valve and the intelligent control system,the filter assembly and filter elements are tested under various working conditions.The test of high fluid flow under precious adjustment and control has been performed.Some dynamic data of oil filter flow and pressure drop have been collected and relative performance analysis has been done.
