清远市二级医院护理人力资源调查分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解清远市二级医院的护理人力资源状况,为合理配置护理人力资源提供依据。方法采用自制的调查表,对清远市通过医院分级管理评审的11所二级医院的护理人力资源进行调查,内容包括医院床护比例、医护比例和病房床护比例,以及护士学历、职称、出勤率等。结果 11所医院平均床护比1∶0.58,病房平均床护比1∶0.33;平均医护比1∶1.30,均未达到1∶2的要求,3所医院医护比例倒置;护士平均出勤率99.54%;专科及以上学历34.68%,其中后续学历占81.50%;高级职称1.02%,中级职称24.49%,初级及以下职称74.49%;35岁以下护士占60.34%,40岁以上护士占24.51%。结论清远市二级医院护理人力配置不足,护士各种假期等因素加重了护理人力紧张,护士学历和职称偏低且年龄相对老化。 Objective To understand nursing human resources in second-class hospitals in Qingyuan and to provide references for reasonable disposition of nursing human resources.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to obtain information of nursing human resources of 11 second-class hospitals,which involved proportions between hospital beds and nurse,doctor and nurse,nurses' educational background,professional title,attendance rate and so on.Results All the proportions failed to meet the requirement.Average attendance of nurses was 99.54% and for educational background,nurses who had college degree or above accounted for 34.68%,of which further education accounted for 81.50%.74.49% of the nurses were with primary professional title,and 60.34% were below 35 years old.Conclusion There are relatively deficient nursing human resources in second-class hospitals in Qingyuan.The shortage of nursing staff together with other factors affects the deficiency.
