运动发育迟滞患儿延迟就诊影响因素分析

Factors Influencing Treatment Delay for Children Patients with Motor Mental Retardation

目的探讨运动发育迟滞患儿延迟就诊的相关影响因素。方法采用自行设计"运动发育迟滞患儿延迟就诊影响因素调查表"对358名运动发育迟滞患儿家长进行一对一的问卷调查,采用多元回归分析模型分析患儿延迟就诊的影响因素。结果本组早期就诊患儿98例占27.4%,延迟就诊患儿260例占72.6%。父母疾病相关知识认知情况、患儿父母有无接受疾病相关知识教育和患儿父母文化程度是影响患儿延迟就诊的主要因素;而患儿性别、有无高危病史与就诊时间无关。结论运动发育迟滞患儿就诊时间受多种因素影响。应积极通过各种方式加大运动发育迟滞高危儿家长的健康教育力度,并根据家长的文化程度、患儿的病程长短等因素不同而采取不同的教育方式,提高家长的认知水平及运动发育迟滞高危儿的早期就诊率,减轻此类患儿的残障程度。

Objective To discuss related factors influencing treatment delay for children patients with motor mental retardation.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied and results were analyzed with multiple regression analysis.Results Most of the children patients with motor mental retardation did not seek medical help immediately（72.6%）.Parents＇ knowledge of the disease,whether they received related education or not and their educational backgrounds were major factors influencing the delay,which had nothing to do with the gender and medical history of children.Conclusion There are many factors influencing treatment delay for children with motor mental retardation.Education should be promoted among parents so as to reduce the treatment delay.
