现浇混凝土空心壁体系在巨型贮仓中的应用

摘要 准格尔煤矿黑岱沟露天煤矿群仓施工中,为解决空心仓壁的施工问题,采用了空心竖壁滑模液压竖向自动抽孔工艺,即在常规滑模工艺基础上,只需在混凝土竖壁的常规滑模套槽之间,增设与空心壁相适应的液压竖向抽孔装置,与滑模提升架通过附加环梁相连系,构成液压抽孔系统,使抽孔与竖壁滑模得以同步等速完成。采用该工艺,取得了良好的效果。 During silo-group construction of the Zhungeer Heidaigou Open-pit Coal-mine,in order to solve some problems on construction of hollow silo' s wall,the hollow vertical sliding formwork' s automatic hydraulic hole-excavation technology has been well adopted.That is to say,upon basis of the ordinary sliding formwork technology,an additional vertical hydraulic hole-excavation equipment is only needed and should be appropriately established.Namely:1,its operation is fully in coordination with hollow silo's wall construction 2,its procedure is well arranged between the sliding chute and the lifting ring beam frame 3,a synchronization construction of the hydraulic hole-excavation and the vertical wall sliding formwork process has been simultaneously achieved.Adoption of this technology has gained good result and efficiency.
