摘要 通过测定砂浆经不同养护阶段的碱集料反应膨胀率变化,探讨了碱性水泥系统碱集料反应的长期膨胀潜力。结果表明,碱矿渣水泥砂浆的碱集料反应膨胀主要发生在湿养过程的早期,在随后的压蒸养护过程中,其膨胀潜力很小;以水玻璃为碱组分的碱-熟料-矿渣水泥砂浆的碱集料反应膨胀变化趋势与碱矿渣水泥砂浆的相似;以碳酸钠为碱组分的碱-熟料-矿渣水泥砂浆后期碱集料反应膨胀潜力较大。 The long-term expansion potential due to AAR of alkaline cement system is discussed with measuring the change of AAR expansion ratio of mortar at different age. The results show that, the expansions of alkali-slag cement mortar are mainly taken place in earlier period under curing, hereafter, in autoclaving process the expansions are very little. For alkali-clinker-slag cement mortar, the expansion trend of AAR is appeared similar to alkali-slag cement when water glass is taken as alkali constituent, however, when sodium carbonate is taken as alkali constituent the expansion will be appeared quite large in later period.
