糖尿病感觉神经功能与病程的关系 被引量：3

摘要 目的应用感觉神经测量仪(Neurometer)测量Ⅱ型糖尿病(2-DM)患者周围神经功能,分析其与病程的关系。方法测定不同病程组128例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和30例正常人的正中神经、腓肠神经于2000,250,5HZ时的电流感觉阈值。结果与正常对照组比较,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者电流感觉阈值(GPT)明显升高,病程越长GPT值越高,且下肢高于上肢,早于上肢。结论糖尿病周围功能损伤与病程呈正相关。
