胱抑素C、尿素、肌酐在肾脏疾病检测和诊断中的应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的了解血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)在肾脏疾病检测和诊断中的应用。方法 150例患者分为肾炎组59例,肾病组61例,肾衰组30例。对3组进行CysC、BUN、Cr测定,并进行比较。结果在肾炎组和肾病组中,CysC阳性检出率高于BUN和Cr,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但BUN和Cr阳性检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);肾衰组CysC、BUN、Cr阳性检出率相同。结论血清中CysC可作为肾功能损害一个较好的检测诊断指标,特别是在肾炎和肾病的诊断中,灵敏度、特异性高于BUN、Cr。 Objective To explore the application of Cystatin C (CysC) in serum,urea(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) in the detection and diagnosis of kidney disease.Methods 150 cases were divided into nephritis group of 59,nephropathy group of 61 and renal failure group of 30. CysC,BUN and Cr of 3 groups were detected and compared.Results In the nephritis group and nephropathy group,the positive detection rate of Cystatin C (CysC) in serum was higher than BUN and Cr,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),but the differences between the positive detection rate of BUN and Cr were of no statistical significance(P0.05).In the renal failure group,the positive detection rate of CysC、BUN、Cr was the same.Conclusion CysC in serum can be used as a good diagnosis and detection indicator for impairment of renal function,especially in the diagnosis of nephritis and nephropathy,and its sensitivity and specificity are all higher than that of BUN and Cr.
