产后出血行子宫切除术的意义研究

Stydy on the significance of hysterectomy in postpartum hemorrhage

目的 主要探讨产后出血行子宫切除术的意义.方法 回顾性分析2007年1月1日～2010年6月30日笔者所在医院22例产后出血行子宫切除术的临床资料.结果 21例产妇产后出血最终行子宫切除术后在笔者所在医院抢救生命成功,1例行子宫切除术后转综合性医院抢救生命成功.结论 对高危因素的产妇要有提前防范产后出血的意识,诊断一定要有预判,处理永远要提早一步.为抢救产妇生命,早切除子宫比晚切除好.

Objective To discuss the significance of hysterectomy in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of hysterectomy in postpartum hemorrhage from January,2007 to June,2010 in my hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 21 cases of parturient women were rescued their lives succefully after hysterectomy in postpartum hemorrhage, only 1 case of parturient woman was rescued her life succefully after beging tranfered to the General Hospital. Conclusion There are consciousness of postpartum hemorrhage in advance of patients with high - risk factors. Diagnose must have judging in advance , and treatment must be advanced to an earlier time. In order to rescue the parturient woman＇s life, it is better to hysterectomize earlier than later.
