截断切割是某些工业部门采用的加工方式。针对水平切割与垂直切割费用不同，先后两次垂直切割的平面（不管它们之间是否穿插水平切割）不平行时需要另加调整刀具费用e等问题，给出了以加工费用为目标函数的优化模型，对给定的一组数值得出了最优解。

An optimization model is given to make processing cost a target function in the light of different costs of horizontal cut-off and perpendicular cut-off and the extra cost when the later perpendicular cut-off don,t parallel to with the before (no matter whether there are horizontal cut-offs between them).Then an optimality solution for supplied datas is given.
