吸烟对糖尿病患者血糖的影响 被引量：4

摘要 吸烟是糖尿病发生的独立危险因子,两者之间存在剂量反应关系,而且吸烟还可促进糖尿病患者心血管疾病、糖尿病、肾病、肺功能损害及足部溃疡的发生.新加坡国家大学（National University of Singapore）进行的一项研究发现,健康的人中度吸烟,会显著降低对胰岛素的敏感性.王兆禹等研究表明吸烟是糖代谢指标FPG,FINS,FCP,CGR及IGRc的独立影响因素,但影响强度未达到与不吸烟者相比有统计学显著性的程度 .本研究对2型糖尿病患者的吸烟情况进行调查,旨在了解吸烟对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响.
