毒蕈中毒临床救治分析

毒草中毒是临床常见的植物性毒素引起的急性中毒之一。全部患者均首先出现急性胃肠炎症状，继之出现肝、肾功能受损害及神经精神症状等。目前对急性毒蕈中毒的治疗，无特异解毒剂，只能给与对症支持治疗。

Mushroom poisoning is common clinical one of acute poisoning as plant toxin. All patients first symptoms is acute gastroenteritis, second symptoms is liver, kidney functional damage and neuropsychiatric symptoms. At present treatment of mushroom poisoning have not specific antidote, only give symptomatic and supportive treatment.
