Treating 30 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure with Zhenwu decoction

目的：探讨真武汤加减方治疗缺血性心肌病并心衰的临床疗效。方法：真武汤加减方配合西医常规治疗总有效率达94％，较单纯以西医常规治疗的疗效有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论：真武汤加减方配合西医治疗缺血性心肌病并心衰，中西医优势互补，疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure with Zhenwu decoction. Methods： Zhenwu decoction plus western medicine therapy, the total efficiency rate for 94%, to compare the effect of western medicine therapy have a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhenwu decoction plus western medicine treating ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure has good effect.
