摘要
本文分析了各种搭接时距与工作持续时间压缩的关系，利用优化压缩法原理，提出了单代号及其搭接网络计划工期─费用优化的方法．
This paper analyses the relahons between time-difference and activities' duration compression. Then based on the principle of' optimal compression', a method of time-cost optimization with activity-on-node and multi-dependency network is presented.
