摘要
建筑节能,在满足建筑环境要求的基础上降低建筑运行能耗,成为建筑可持续发展的重要课题。研究采用清华大学开发的热环境模拟软件DeST进行户间传热及建筑能耗的分析,通过对建筑能耗的动态模拟,分析比较不同建筑布局对建筑负荷的影响,建立了不同建筑高度以及不同建筑方位的模型。结果表明:建筑物的互遮挡对建筑的冬季采暖热负荷影响比较大,而对夏季的空调冷负荷则基本没有影响;在相同的建筑间距的条件下,以建筑物高度增加时对建筑负荷的影响最大,遮挡建筑在东南方向时的影响最小;对于5~6层的低层建筑,南北方向水平距离30m基本能够满足要求。
Building energy efficiency,which reduces the building energy consumption on the basis of the requirement of building environment,now becomes an important subject of the sustainable development of building.By the thermal environment simulation software DeST developed by Tsinghua University,the study analyzes the heat transfer between the household and the building energy consumption.The models of different height and orientation of construction are built through the dynamic simulation of the building energy consumption and the analysis of the influence of the architectural position on the building load.The results indicate:(1) the building inter-block has more influence on the heating load and almost has no influence on the cooling load;(2) in the same building interval,the building's height has the largest effect,and the block has the minimum impact when it is in the southeast;(3) for the low-rise building of 5~6 layers,the horizontal distance of 30m in north-south direction can basically meet the need.
