上海世博会山东馆结构设计

摘要 上海世博会山东馆建筑造型新颖,结构形式独特,整个展馆由159根刚架搭建而成,最长的16m,挑度最高处达7m,其外观设计,结构形式在整个省市区展馆中形成了自身特点。本文介绍了山东馆的结构组成特点,建立了序厅大悬挑刚架的分析模型,进行了静力、动力与稳定分析,研究结果表明:在各悬臂刚架间增加横向联系解决了大悬臂刚架竖向刚度不足的问题;悬臂刚架采用箱形截面,有利于提高结构的稳定性,增强了构件的竖向刚度,改善了结构的动力特性,并在此基础上进行了关键构件及节点的设计。本文的工作可为类似的工程设计提供参考。 Shandong Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo has a novel architectural style and a unique structure.It is made of 159 rigid frames,the longest of which is 16 meters and the highest point of which is up to 7 meters.Its appearance design and structure form their own features in the provincial pavilions of China.In this paper,the structural frame of Shandong Pavilion is introduced and an analysis model is established to make the static,dynamic and stability analysis of the large cantilever frame.Research results show that getting more transverse linkages between cantilever frame solved the problem of inadequate vertical rigidity.The cantilever frame with box section helps to improve the stability of the structure,increase the vertical rigidity of the components,and improve the dynamic characteristics of the structure.Based on the static analysis,dynamic analysis and stability analysis,the key rods and nodes are designed.The study can provide a reference for similar engineering design.
