为使粪泥与生活垃圾两种废物资源化，采用二次好氧生物发酵法，将它们作混合堆肥处理．研究了堆肥基本土艺与技术参数，堆制出相当干厩肥肥分的成品肥．

For the purpose of making settled sludge in septic tank and domestic refuse resourselized, the aerobic biological ferment in two stages is used as mixing compost of settled sludge in septic tank and domestic refuse. The process and technical parameters of compost are discussed. Fertilizer production corresponding to barnyard manure is produced by compost to make the settled sludge and domestic refuse as an useful natural resources.
