广泛性焦虑治疗前后心率变异性与汉密顿量表相关研究

Related study on heart rate variability and Hamilton Depressive Scale before and after treatment in generalized anxiety disorder

目的探讨广泛性焦虑(GAD)患者治疗前后心率变异性(HRV)与汉密顿焦虑量表(HA-MA)的关系。方法选取GAD患者80例,分别于治疗前及治疗4周后,对患者采用24h动态心电图仪进行HRV指标测定及HAMA的评分,最后将HAMA指标与HRV指标进行分析研究。结果治疗前后HAMA总分和因子分,HRV各项指标均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),HAMA总分与HRV指标中SDANN有相关性(P<0.05);躯体因子分与SDANN、LF有相关性(P<0.05);精神因子分与RMSSD、PNN50具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 HRV指标与GAD患者焦虑严重程度有一定相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between heart rate variability and Hamilton Depressive Scale before and after treatment in generalized anxiety disorder（GAD）.Methods Eighty anxiety patients were included in the study.All the subjects underwent 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recordings and were obtained the data of HRV were obtained.At the same time HAMA was evaluated by the researchers before and after treatment.Finally HRV and HAMA index were analyzed.Results HAMA and HRV index were significantly different before and after treatment（P0.05）.SDANN correlated with the score of HAMA（P0.05）;SDANN,LF correlated with the score of body factor（P0.05）;RMSSD、PNN50 closely related to the score of mental factor（P0.05）.Conclusions It is instructive to obtain HRV of anxiety patients in order to know the seriousness of anxiety.
