摘要
通过工业规模的三相生物流化床试验,探讨了载体表面生物膜厚度与有机物去除速率、容积负荷及污泥浓度等传统参数之间的必然联系,证实了生物膜厚度是描述反应器行为的关键参数,揭示了三相生物流化床高处理效率的实质是微生物浓度高,并得出最佳膜厚为90~110μm。
By the way of experiments on a full scale three phase biological fluidized bed reactor, the relationships between bilogical film thickness and traditional process parameters such as organic removal rate, volumetric loading rate and sludge concentration were studied and discussed. It was proven that the biofilm thickness was one of key parameters in operation, and the optimum biofilm thickneww was 90~110 μm
