摘要
在复杂战场电磁环境下,电子对抗装备作战效能的有效发挥严重受制于其电磁兼容性能.针对典型电子对抗装备雷达侦察系统,讨论了适应于该类装备的作战效能评估建模方法;分析了电子对抗装备作战效能评估的要素和流程,建立了雷达侦察系统作战效能评估建模的理论框架.并将电磁兼容性纳入雷达侦察系统效能评估指标体系,选用定性和定量相结合的TOPSIS效能评估方法,在组件化的评估建模环境中构建了雷达侦察系统作战效能评估模型.
Under the complex electromagnetic environment in battlefield,the operation effectiveness exertion of electronic countermeasure equipment is limited greatly by its electromagnetic compatibility(EMC).Taking a typical radar reconnaissance system in ECM equipment,the evaluation modeling method of operation effectiveness applied to the equipment was dealt with,the factors and flow of the evaluation were analyzed,and the theoretical modeling framework of operation effectiveness evaluation of the system was set up.And the EMC was taken into consideration of the index system of operation effectiveness evaluation of the system,and the model of operation effectiveness evaluation of the system was constructed under the modular evaluation modeling environment,by using the methods of TOPSIS effectiveness evaluation that incorporates the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
