军事院校教学联系会的探讨与实践

摘要 为有效发挥教学联系会在军事院校教学中利于了解教学对象、因材施教的重要作用,分析了在教员与学员教学联系会中若地点选择、人员选择、气氛渲染等方面考虑不周,则难以取得预期效果.针对当前教学联系会所存在的问题,提出了改进对策.在2008级6个本科教学班中,选择了1个教学班进行试点.结果表明:试点班学员对课程的学习兴趣增强、学习积极性提高、课程考试成绩平均84.2分、不及格率1%,明显优于非试点班的平均成绩72.0分、不及格率9.7%. In order to exert significant effect of teaching contact meeting on facilitating to understand teachingobject and teach students in accordance with their aptitude in military academy,it was analyzed that it would be hardto get the expected outcome of the teaching contact meeting without considering the selection of site and personneland the rendering of atmosphere,etc.Some improved countermeasures were put forward,in terms of the problemsexisted in the current teaching contact meeting.Out of six undergraduate teaching classes at grade 2008,one classwas chosen for a pilot project,and the results show that the learning interest and enthusiasm of students in the pilotclass is enhanced,their average score of course examination is 84.2 points and the failure ratio 1%,obviously abovethan 72.0 of average score and 9.7% of failure ratio in non-pilot class.
