摘要
以瑞士阿奇夏米尔机床为实验设备,从安全间隙对加工效率的影响入手,通过大量实验研究,总结出石墨电极在加工常用模具钢时的一种高效加工工艺,并建立了相应的工艺参数库表。经验证,该工艺也适合其他类型数控电火花加工机床,望能对企业生产起到一定的帮助作用。
Using Agirtron EDM machine as experimental facility,and taking the effect of security clearance on processing efficiency into considration,gain an efficient process when use graphite electrode machining common die steel based on experimental research and establish the technological parameters tables.This process also verified for other types of NC EDM machine,hope the process of enterprise production have helped.
