The Investigation and Analysis of Women's Career Plateau

通过主观知觉测量方法对职业女性问卷调查数据的分析发现,当前女性职业高原现象有5个特征。由于特殊的女性生理心理特征、社会性别角色模式、组织等级制度、激烈的竞争、繁杂的家庭事务等因素的影响,现代社会中的女性越来越频繁地感知到所遭遇的职业高原问题,而女性自身努力、积极向上的组织环境、实现社会性别平等、家庭支持是帮助解决女性职业高原问题的有效途径。

The questionnaire investigation of career women by means of perception pattern shows that present women＇ s career plateau has five features.Because of the influence of women＇ s physiological and psychological features, social gender role model,organizational hierarchy,fierce competition,and complicated household duties, modern women sensed career plateau frequently,while women＇ s hard work,active working environment,gender equality and family support are effective ways to solve women＇s career plateau.
