摘要
20世纪前期,东亚的国际关系发生了深刻的变化,其最大的特征在于日本的崛起。它奉行侵略扩张的大陆政策,是该时期东亚所有大规模战争的肇事者。在这近半个世纪的时间内,东亚的主要矛盾是日本对中国的不断侵略。为约束日本独霸东亚的行动,以美国为首的列强建立起了华盛顿体系。但日本的东亚政策目标是"破旧立新",建立以日本为主导的东亚新秩序,并为此发动全面侵华战争,对英美开战,彻底打破华盛顿体系,建立日本主导的"大东亚新秩序"。日本的这种侵略扩张、独霸东亚的对外政策,遭到了中国和国际社会的一致反对和抵制,最终以失败告终。
During the early 20th century,East Asia's international relations had undergone profound changes that the biggest feature was the rise of Japan.Japan was the perpetrator of all of the large - scale war in East Asia since it pursued the mainland policy of aggression and expansion.In nearly half a century,the main contradiction in East Asia was Japan's continued aggression against China.Then,the US-led powers established the Washington System in order to constraint Japan to dominate the East Asian.However,Japan's objective of its East Asian policy was that Japan tried to establish a Japan - led East Asian New Order so Japan launched an all - out war of aggression China and tried to break completely Washington System on the Anglo - American war to establish a Japan - led "New Order in Greater East Asia".At last,Japan's policy ultimately ended in failure because China and the international community were unanimous opposition and resistance.
