摘要
组织中信任涉及两个紧密相连的核心要素——依赖和风险。个体理性选择视角和关系视角是组织中信任研究的两个主要视角,前者将信任视为个体被驱动做出的理性、有效选择,后者强调信任是对他人和社会整体的一种社会导向。当前组织中的信任研究正经历从理性选择视角到关系视角的转变,研究者日益关注关系因素对信任的影响、信任者的主动性、信任的情感成分以及不同情境中的信任。未来研究者应进一步思考如何整合两种视角,建立简洁、有效的信任模型。
Reliance and risk are the essential components of trust in organization.Individual rational choice perspective and relational perspectives dominate the trust research in organization.The former proposes that trust is the result of individual rational and effective choices made passively.The latter addresses that trust are a kind of social orientation towards others and the whole society. Nowadays trust research in organization has been changing from the former to the latter and the following issues have caused more and more attention:the relational factors as antecedents of trust,the proactivity of trust,the affective or emotional factors of trust,and trust in different contexts.Future researchers should pay more attentions to integrate the two perspectives and establish parsimony and effective models of trust.
