山东省高层次翻译人才培养的现状、问题与对策研究

A Study on the Present Situation,Problem and Countermeasure of High- level Translators' Cultivation in Shandong Province

高校外语专业每年向社会输送大量各学历层次的毕业生,但他们很难在短期内成为各行业部门所需的翻译人才。鉴于此,应加快培养高层次翻译人才,改革课程教学计划、更新教学内容、改进教学方法、建设翻译学科、加强对翻译市场的监管力度、增加政府的资金投入和政策支持等。

Foreign languages departments in universities and colleges send a large number of graduates of different levels to the society each year who are not able to meet social requirements in short time.Thus we should accelerate cultivating high - level translators,reform curriculum teaching plan,renew teaching contents,improve teaching methods,set up translation courses,reinforce supervision towards translating market,and increase government＇ s financial and political support for it.
