在中国近现代历史上,世俗化转向成为各界也包括思想界的普遍趋势,因此,明清之际出世化倾向突显的佛学在近现代的发展,更加具有与世俗化问题对话的必要性和紧迫性。太虚大师作为中国现代佛教发展的领军人物,紧紧围绕"世俗化"这一核心问题,在保留自身超越性品格的前提下,积极推动佛学的世俗化转向,为佛学的复兴和发展作出了突出的贡献。

In modern Chinese history,turning of secular is the general trend in circles including thought circle;therefore,Buddhism that was born in the Ming and Qing dynasty has the necessity and urgency of dialogizing with secular problems.As a leader in the development of modern Buddhism,focusing on the core issue of secularization,preserving the character of his own,Taixu Master actively promoted the turning of secularization of Buddhism and made the outstanding contributionsfor the revival and development of Buddhism.
