摘要针对大量存在的普通村庄,在资金投入有限的前提下,尊重村庄发展的规律和村民的意愿,使村庄规划达到"突出乡村特征,提高村民的生活水平"的目标。通过对普通村庄存在的主要问题的总结分析,提出了有限投入下普通村庄规划的理念和解决的主要问题,并结合淳安县百亩畈村村庄规划的实践,对有限投入下普通村庄的规划进行了深入的研究实践。 By summarizing and analyzing the existing problems of ordinary villages,this paper presents the idea of ordinary village planning with limited input and the problems which should be solved.Combining with the planning practice of Baimufan village in Chun＇an county,it makes a study on the planning of ordinary villages with limited input.
