采用20kV中压配电建设城市节能低耗电网

摘要 节能低耗电网规划是低碳城市建设的一个重要内容,文章在提出节能低耗电网的发展要求后,对20kV电压等级在世界发达国家的应用及国内实际运用和研究作了简要介绍,并对该电压等级作为中压配电电压与10kV系统在电网运行损耗、电网建设土地占用、物资消耗等进行了分析比较,提出中压配电电压升压为20kV是目前我国城市节能低耗电网建设的一个发展方向,同时就该电压等级采用的一般原则及规划案例作了介绍。 The low-carbon grid is an important part of low-carbon urban construction.This paper proposes the demands for low-carbon grid and briefly introduces the application and research of 20 kV Voltage level both in China and other developed countries.And it makes comparison between two types of medium-voltage distribution:20kV voltage level and 10kV voltage level,and analyzes the loss in the operation,land occupation and resources consumption.Then it comes to the conclusion that improving the mediumvoltage level from 10 kV Voltage to 20 kV Voltage is the development direction of low-carbon urban grid construction.It introduces the general principles and planning case of 20kV medium-voltage level.
