Problems and Solutions:An Empirical Analysis about Female Participation in Public Polic:Making in Inner Mongolia

女性参政议政,是社会文明进步的重要标尺,而女性参与公共政策是女性参政的一个重要方面。女性作为社会成员的重要组成部分,其参政议政状况需要改善。从内蒙古自治区女性参与公共政策的现状来看,女性参政与国内其他城市相比还存在着一定的差距。无论是领导层面还是普通民众,在参与公共政策等方面还存在问题,需要从制度层面、组织层面、意识层面提升我区女性参与公共政策的能力。

Female participation in politics is a symbol of social civilization and development,and their participation in public policy making is an important aspect.As important social members,their condition has to be improved.The present situation in Inner Mongolia can not be compared with that of other cities because there are still problems existing in both the leadership and the masses,and female participation in public policies has to be promoted from the systematic,organizational and conscious aspects.
