Response surface optimization of normal pressure hydrolysis process of xylose from bagasse

摘要 研究响应面法优化蔗渣常压水解木糖的工艺。在单因素试验基础上,利用Design-Expert7.1.3设计了响应面试验,研究硫酸浓度,水解时间,液料比对木糖得率的影响。结果表明,蔗渣常压水解木糖的最佳工艺条件为:硫酸浓度8.22%,水解时间1.83 h,液料比17.25。在此最优水解条件下,模型预测木糖得率为21.57%,验证实际得率为21.33%。 The normal pressure hydrolysis process of xylose from bagasse was studied by means of response surface optimization.On the basis of single factor tests,response surface analysis experiment was designed by Design-Expert 7.1.3.and the effects of sulfuric acid concentration,hydrolytic time,ratio of sulfuric acid solution to material are investigated.The results showed that the optimum hydrolytic conditions were as follows: with 8.22% sulfuric acid concentration,hydrolytic time for 1.83 h,a ratio of sulfuric acid solution to material of 17.25.In this optimal hydrolysis conditions,The predicted yield of xylose was21.57%,close to the practical yield of xylose 21.33%.
