摘要 采用超临界流体萃取技术提取八角茴香油,研究了温度、压力、时间对超临界流体萃取得率的影响,采用正交试验法进行了最佳工艺优化,利用GC/MS对萃取八角茴香油的化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:萃取时间3 h、萃取温度55℃、萃取压力30 MPa,得率为11.2%。八角茴香油中鉴定出21种化合物。 The extraction of star anise oil by using the supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE) was studied.The yield of oil was used as the testing index,the extract conditions,including of temperature,pressure,time were investigated.The experiment was designed with orthogonal method.The chemical components in star anise oil were analyzed by GC/MS.The optimum conditions were: extraction time 3 hours,extraction temperature 55 ℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa,the yield of star anise oil was 11.2%,21 components were identified by GC/ MS.
