摘要
目的:建立泽兰饮片的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,并对泽兰茎、叶不同部位的指纹图谱进行比较。方法:采用Zorb-ax Esclipe XDB C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为330 nm;柱温为40℃;流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:泽兰共标示出18个共有峰,12批泽兰的相似度在0.957~0.999之间。但茎、叶指纹特征峰相对含量有显著差异,叶所含特征峰组分含量基本高于茎。结论:方法准确可靠,重复性好,为双柏制剂及泽兰饮片质量控制提供了参考。
AIM: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on decoction pieces of Lycopus lucidus by HPLC and compare the variability of the different parts including stem and leaf.METHODS: HPLC was used with the Zorbax Esclipe XDB C18 column,the acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(gradient elution) was employed as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 330 nm,column temperature was at 40 ℃,and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.RESULTS:Eighteen common peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in Lycopus lucidus.The similaritiesof 12 batches of samples were in the range of 0.957-0.999.There was significant variability between the stem andleaf.The marker peak in the leaf was more than that in the stem.CONCLUSION:The method is reliable andaccurate,has a better reproducibility,and provides a reference for the quality control over Shuangbai Powder anddecoction pieces of Lycopus lucidus.
