稳心颗粒在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的价值探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过观察稳心颗粒(党参、黄精、三七、琥珀和甘松)对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者左室射血分数(LVEF)和血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响,探讨稳心颗粒在CHF患者治疗中的价值。方法:将98例CHF随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例,对照组常规给予利尿剂、洋地黄制剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、β-受体阻滞剂等治疗。治疗组在以上常规给药的基础上加用稳心颗粒,9 g/次,3次/d,8周为1个疗程。全部病例均在治疗前和1个疗程结束后测定血浆BNP和LVEF。结果:治疗组患者治疗前后血浆BNP水平、LVEF比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后血浆BNP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者间治疗后血浆BNP水平、LVEF比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒可以有效改善CHF患者的心功能指标,在CHF患者的治疗中具有一定的临床价值。 AIM: To observe the effect of Wenxin Granule(Radix codonopsis;Rhizoma polygonati;Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng;Amber;Radix et Rhizoma nardostachyos) on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) level in blood plasma and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in patients with chronic heart failure.METHODS: Ninety-eight patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group(n = 48) and therapy group(n = 50).The control group was treated with diuretic,digitalis,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) and β-receptor blocker.The therapy group was treated with Wenxin Granule(9.0 g,three times one day) for 8 weeks and based on the same treatment of the control group.The BNP level in blood plasma and LVEF were detected before treatment and the end of course of treatment.RESULTS: Compared with the control group,the level of BNP in blood plasma and LVEF in the therapy group showed statistical difference after a course of treatment(P 〈 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the level of BNP in blood plasma and LVEF after a course of treatment showed sig-nificant difference in therapy group(P 〈 0.05).CONCLUSION: Wenxin Granule can effectively improve the heart functional parameter in patients with chronic heart failure.There are some beneficial effects of Wenxin Gran-ule on patients with chronic heart failure.
