摘要
目的:探讨瓦楞子的适宜煅制温度。方法:通过制备300~900℃的系列煅制品,分析其性状、得率、水浸液pH值、水浸出物、总钙、水煎液中Ca2+含量及代表样品的X-ray分析。结果:实验证明瓦楞子宜在700~750℃范围优选煅制工艺,符合"灰白色、质地酥松"的炮制要求。结论:瓦楞子以炒代煅是不可取的。
AIM: To find the suitable processing temperature about calined Concha Arcae.METHODS: In the range of 300℃~900℃,we prepared thirteen samples of calcined Concha Arcae and observed appearance,andmeasured the yield,pH value of infusion,water extract,total calcium,calcium ion in decoction,and X-ray analysis.RESULTS:The experiment showed that it might be appropriate for calcined temperature in the range of 700-750℃,and fit to the characteristic of"gray-colour and fragil-texture".CONCLUSION:It is impossible to substitute the frying for the calcining.
