SiO_2超滤膜的表面改性与油气分离

摘要 对于孔半径为1.70 nm的超滤膜,在0.10 MPa时膜对正己烷/氮气的分离因子是1.52;膜对正己烷/氮气的分离因子均随原料气压力的增大而增大,分离机理是表面扩散。以回收大气中油气为目标,采用十八烷基三氯硅烷对超滤膜表面进行改性,改性后的膜在0.10 MPa时对正己烷/氮气的分离因子达到1.74,与改性前相比,分离因子有一定的提高。 When pore radius of the ultrafiltration membrane is 1.70 nm, separation factor for n-hexane/nitrogen is 1.52 at pressure of 0.10 MPa. Its separation factor increases with pressure increasing, and separation mechanism of n-hexane/nitrogen with SiO2 ultrafiltration membrane is surface-diffusion.In this paper, in order to recover oil vapor in air, surface of the ultrafiltration membrane was modified by octadecyltrichlorosilane, separation factor of the ultrafiltration membrane after modification for the n-hexane/nitrogen can reach 1.74.
