摘要
研究了不同质量浓度的辛硫磷、甲胺磷、甲基异柳磷有机磷农药对条斑紫菜壳孢子附着率的影响。试验结果表明,辛硫磷质量浓度为0.05~0.6 mg/L时,能显著降低壳孢子的附着(P<0.01),辛硫磷质量浓度与相对附着率的线性关系为y=100-86.515x。甲胺磷对照组和各质量浓度组间的附着率差异极显著(P<0.01);甲胺磷质量浓度可以显著抑制壳孢子的附着,抑制的程度随质量浓度的增加而增加(y=100-1.154x)。在甲基异柳磷的影响下,随甲基异柳磷质量浓度的增加壳孢子附着率呈逐渐下降趋势,甲基异柳磷质量浓度与壳孢子附着率之间呈指数相关关系:y=100e-0.7115x。3种有机磷农药对壳孢子附着的影响依次为:辛硫磷>甲基异柳磷>甲胺磷。
Effects of different concentrations of organophosphorus pesticides phoxim,methamidophos and methyl isofenphos on attachment of conchospores of laver Porphyra yezoensis were studied.The attachment rate of the conchospores was found to reduce significantly at phoxim concentration of 0.05 ~ 0.6 mg / L(P 0.01),the linear relationship between relative attachment rates of the conchospores and phoxim concentrations as y=100-86.515x.There were significant differences in the attachment rate of the conchospore between the control group and the methamidophos groups(P0.01).Methamidophos significantly inhibited the conchospore attachment,the extent of inhibition increase with increase in the methamidophos concentrations(y=100-1.154x).A gradual downward trend of attachment rate of the conchospores was observed in the methyl isofenphos exposure with the increase in the concentrations.Exponential correlation between relative attachment rates of conchospores and methyl isofenphos concentrations was expressed on the extent as y=100e-0.7115x.The impact of three pesticides on conchospore attachment was arranged as phoxim isofenphos-methyl methamidophos.
