摘要
榆林科技馆球壳为单层球面网壳,由于建筑门洞以及造型的要求,球壳外表面不对称,球壳的支座呈阶梯形布置。简要介绍了球壳选型及分析、设计过程。为了保证设计安全,分析时采用弹性支座和固定铰支座形式,分别进行了特征值以及整体稳定分析。分析表明:对带缺口的肋环型单层网壳,增加斜杆对结构性能有很大的改善,用钢量反而降低;不同网壳支座类型的假定,对于不规则网壳的内力有较大的影响。
The shell in Yulin Science and Technology Museum is a single-layer reticulated spherical shell,and the outer surface of spherical is unsymmetrical for the building openings and the shape.The bearings of the shell are not in the same plane.The design of the shell with two bearings which were fixed hinge bearing and flexible hinge bearing was introduced.The process of the stability analysis and the eigenvalue analysis were given.The results show that: it has good improvement when some pole in the shell,at same time,it reduced the investment;the stress are different with difference of support model.
